Since 2003, the revenue generated through thesephone voting programmes has resulted in over pound;4 million of grants being awarded to emerging individuals and community groups working and performing in areas across the dance, music and theatre sectors.There are two funding programmes, the Theatre Fellowship scheme and the Community Theatre scheme.Theatre Fellowship schemeThis is deisgned to help an emerging theatre maker to progress their career. Professional theatre organisations who have slected a talented individual can apply for pound;10,000 to develop and mentor their chosen Fellow.
